Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using Tremigos live captions, speech translation, translated voiceover, media dubbing, document translation, voice tools, and related workspace features.

Effective date: June 2, 2026

1. Service

Tremigos provides live captions, speech translation, translated voiceover, media dubbing, document translation, voice tools, and related workspace features for teams and audiences.

Some features rely on third-party speech, translation, text-to-speech, voice cloning, storage, email, analytics, billing, and infrastructure providers. Availability, latency, language coverage, and output quality can vary by provider, language, file type, and customer configuration.

2. Accounts and Workspaces

You must provide accurate account and workspace information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Workspace owners and admins are responsible for users, provider credentials, uploaded content, audience access settings, retention settings, billing choices, and compliance with their own organization policies.

3. Customer Content

Customer Content includes audio, video, documents, transcripts, translations, subtitles, dubbing output, voice samples, glossary entries, provider credentials, prompts, metadata, and files that you submit, generate, or manage through Tremigos.

You retain ownership of Customer Content. You grant Tremigos the rights needed to host, process, transmit, transform, display, reproduce, and create generated outputs from Customer Content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as permitted by your settings and applicable law.

You represent that you have the rights, notices, consents, and permissions needed to upload, stream, translate, dub, clone voices, share, and otherwise process Customer Content.

4. AI Outputs

Transcripts, translations, subtitles, summaries, document conversions, and voice outputs may contain errors, omissions, or formatting differences. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, employment, or other high-impact contexts.

Tremigos does not guarantee that AI output will be accurate, complete, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular purpose.

5. Voice, Likeness, and Consent

You may use voice cloning, dubbing, or synthetic voice features only with appropriate authorization from the speaker or rights holder.

You may not use Tremigos to impersonate a person, mislead an audience, create unauthorized synthetic voices, or conceal that generated audio is synthetic where disclosure is required by law, platform rules, or reasonable audience expectations.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Tremigos to violate law, infringe rights, process content you are not authorized to process, distribute malware, bypass security controls, overload the service, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or create deceptive, abusive, hateful, harassing, exploitative, or illegal content.

We may suspend or remove content, jobs, credentials, sessions, or accounts when needed to protect the service, users, providers, or for legal compliance.

7. Plans, Credits, and Billing

Paid plans, usage credits, quotas, overages, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the plan terms shown at purchase or in your workspace billing settings.

Provider costs and job duration may vary based on language, file length, selected quality tier, document complexity, retries, and storage choices.

Payment checkout may be handled by a hosted payment provider. Tremigos does not collect raw card numbers or CVV in its own application.

8. Beta and Preview Features

Some features may be labeled beta, preview, experimental, or private beta. These features may change, fail, produce lower-quality output, have limited support, or be discontinued without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

Tremigos and its licensors own the service, software, interfaces, documentation, trademarks, and underlying technology. These terms do not transfer ownership of Tremigos intellectual property to you.

Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation to you.

10. Confidentiality and Security

Each party will use reasonable care to protect confidential information received from the other party. Tremigos uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the service.

No internet service is completely secure. You are responsible for configuring provider credentials, access controls, and retention settings appropriate for your use case.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tremigos disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, and error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tremigos will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Tremigos' aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amounts paid to Tremigos for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes and Contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service, email, or another reasonable channel.
