Cookie Notice

This notice explains how Tremigos uses cookies and similar technologies on public, sign-in, registration, workspace, audience, billing, and related service surfaces.

Effective date: June 2, 2026

1. Scope

This Cookie Notice explains how Tremigos uses cookies and similar technologies on the website, sign-in and registration pages, authenticated workspace, audience pages, billing flows, and related service surfaces.

Cookies may be set directly by Tremigos or by service providers that help us deliver authentication, security, hosting, billing, analytics, support, or communications.

2. Strictly Necessary Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies support authentication, session continuity, CSRF protection, private beta access, locale preferences, security controls, load balancing, and fraud prevention.

These cookies are required for the service to work and are not optional through the Tremigos service UI.

3. Functional Cookies

Functional cookies and local preferences may remember language, layout, workspace, device, or notification choices so the service can restore expected settings between visits.

Disabling browser storage may cause repeated sign-in, lost preferences, or reduced workspace functionality.

4. Analytics and Marketing

Tremigos does not currently require analytics or marketing cookies for core service use. If analytics or marketing tools are enabled later, they will be disclosed in this notice and configured with required consent or opt-out controls.

We do not use Customer Content for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Current Cookies and Storage

Current first-party browser storage includes __Host-vocalis_access_token and __Host-vocalis_refresh_token for authenticated sessions; legacy auth cookies are cleared during auth flows; vocalis.locale and vocalis.localeDetected for language; vocalis.audienceViewerId for audience access continuity; and vocalis.cookieConsent for the cookie preference record.

Audience question-answer flows may use local or session storage for temporary thread or token continuity, and the host sidebar may use local storage for layout state. These records are used to operate requested service features.

6. Payments and Third Parties

Payment checkout may redirect to or render hosted payment-provider surfaces. The payment provider may set cookies or similar technologies under its own notices to complete fraud checks, 3D Secure, card tokenization, and payment authorization.

Tremigos does not store raw card numbers or CVV. We store only provider references, payment status, and safe card metadata where needed for billing records.

7. Your Choices

You can control many cookies through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may prevent sign-in, audience access, billing checkout, security checks, or workspace features from working.

You can open /cookies#cookie-preferences to update non-essential cookie choices.

Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies, Tremigos will request consent before enabling those categories.

If Tremigos later enables sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or non-essential analytics, browser-based opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control will be honored where applicable law requires it.

8. Retention and Updates

Essential session cookies generally last only as long as needed for authentication, security, and service reliability. Preference cookies or local settings may remain longer so the service can remember language, workspace, or display choices.

Cookie names, durations, and providers may change as the service evolves. Material changes to non-essential cookie categories will be reflected in this notice and, where required, in consent controls.
