Delivery and Returns
This notice explains delivery, cancellation, and refund processes for Tremigos digital subscriptions, credits, and processing services.
Effective date: June 2, 20261. Delivery scope
Tremigos does not deliver physical goods. Subscriptions, packages, credits, media/document processing rights, and related digital services are assigned electronically to the user account.
After payment approval, the applicable service rights are reflected in the account and can be used through billing, live session, media studio, or document translation screens.
Use of digital services depends on internet access, a supported browser, account sign-in, workspace authorization, and the availability of the relevant provider or integration.
2. Delivery timing
For successful payments, package or credit rights normally become active automatically after payment approval.
Activation may be delayed by the payment provider, 3D Secure, fraud checks, bank approval, webhook delay, or a technical outage. Tremigos support can review the payment reference in these cases.
Service rights may not be assigned for failed or pending payments.
3. Cancellation and refund
Users can start subscription cancellation or package-change requests from the billing screen. The system previews applicable credit, remaining-period, and refund effects before submission.
Refund rights may be limited for used digital services, processed media/document outputs, consumed credit balances, and live services that have already started.
Eligible refunds are processed through the iyzico/provider reference used for the payment. Bank or card-network refund posting times are controlled by institutions outside Tremigos.
4. Withdrawal-right exceptions
For digital services performed immediately in an electronic environment, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply if performance has started with the user's approval.
Provider costs and consumed credits for media dubbing, live translation, document translation, voice generation, subtitle generation, and similar work may be deducted from any refund calculation after processing starts.
This text is general information. The final cancellation, withdrawal, or refund assessment depends on purchase terms, usage status, and mandatory law.
