Distance Sales Agreement

Buyer: the person who creates a Tremigos account and completes the purchase on the checkout or billing screen, or the organization represented by that person. Buyer details are taken from account and billing profile fields.

2. Subject of the agreement

This agreement governs the sale and performance of digital subscriptions, packages, credits, media processing, document translation, live translation, and related language technology services purchased electronically through Tremigos.

The package name, price, currency, tax, credit entitlement, renewal period, provider checkout status, and any discount or invoice information shown at purchase form part of this agreement.

3. Nature of the service

Tremigos is a digital SaaS service that does not require physical delivery. The service may include live captions/translation, media dubbing, document translation, glossaries, translation memory, and voice tools.

Quality, speed, language support, and output format may vary by language, model, provider, file type, usage density, and workspace settings.

AI-assisted transcripts, translations, subtitles, dubbing, and document outputs may contain errors. The buyer is responsible for reviewing outputs before legal, financial, medical, safety-critical, or high-impact use.

4. Price, tax, and payment

The total amount is shown on the checkout or billing screen at purchase. Applicable Turkey VAT and tax calculations are determined according to the displayed price.

Payment may be collected through hosted iyzico payment infrastructure. Tremigos does not store card numbers or CVV in its own application.

If payment fails, remains pending, or is blocked by fraud checks, service rights may not be assigned or may be delayed.

5. Delivery and performance

Digital service rights are assigned electronically to the buyer's Tremigos account after payment approval.

Subscriptions and credit packages become available in the relevant billing and workspace screens. Live session, media, or document processing outputs depend on user initiation and technical conditions.

To receive the service, the buyer must provide account access, internet access, a supported browser, and the required content and permissions.

6. Withdrawal, cancellation, and refund

The buyer may start subscription cancellation, package changes, or refund requests from the relevant billing screens. The system previews applicable refund or credit effects before submission.

For digital services performed immediately in an electronic environment, the right of withdrawal may be limited under statutory exceptions if performance has started with the buyer's approval.

Consumed credits, completed media/document jobs, started live sessions, provider costs, and calculated taxes may be deducted from any refund amount.

Eligible refunds are processed through the iyzico/provider reference used for payment. Bank or card-network posting times are outside Tremigos control.

7. Buyer statements and responsibilities

The buyer confirms that they have the rights, permissions, notices, and consents required for content uploaded to or processed live through the account.

The buyer is responsible for complying with applicable law, contracts, and platform rules when processing voice, image, brand, copyrighted work, or personal data belonging to others.

The buyer must keep account information accurate and take reasonable precautions against unauthorized access.

8. Disputes and requests

Support, refund, and legal notices can be sent to info@tremigos.com.

Buyers qualifying as consumers may apply to competent consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts within applicable monetary limits and law.
